Join Our Team as a Senior Lettings Negotiator at Allen & Harris - Connells Group in Swindon.

Your Role:

1. Generate and book valuations.
2. Conduct market appraisals/valuations leading to instructed properties.
3. Conduct property viewings.
4. Negotiate tenancies.
5. Maximise the overall income and profitability of your branch.

What We're Looking For:

1. Estate Agency experience such as Lettings Negotiator, Sales Negotiator or Estate Agent.
2. Able to generate new business in a target-driven environment.
3. Exceptional customer care/service experience.
4. Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented.
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
6. Hold a Full UK driving license.
