Your Role:

As a Senior Lettings Negotiator, you will generate and book valuations, and may be required to carry out occasional market appraisals/valuations, leading to instructed properties. You will conduct property viewings, negotiate tenancies, and maximize the overall income and profitability of your branch.

What We're Looking For:

• Estate Agency experience such as Lettings Negotiator, Sales Negotiator, or Estate Agent
• Ability to generate new business in a target-driven environment
• Exceptional customer care/service experience
• Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Full UK driving license
