Our new Shirley branch is looking for a dynamic Senior Sales and Lettings Negotiator to join us on a full-time, permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a growing team and play a key leadership role in the success of our office.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing property sales and lettings inquiries efficiently and professionally.
• Conducting property viewings and providing expert guidance to potential buyers and tenants.
• Negotiating complex offers between landlords, tenants, buyers, and sellers to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Mentoring and supporting junior negotiators to enhance team performance.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and retention.
• Proactively identifying and developing new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue.
• Keeping up to date with market trends and property legislation to provide accurate and strategic advice.
• Collaborating with the management team to set targets and drive team performance.
• Managing and overseeing key client accounts to ensure long-term business relationships.
  
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in sales and/or lettings within an estate agency environment, ideally at a senior level.
• Experience using Reapit software
• Strong negotiation and leadership skills with a results-driven approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a target-driven environment.
• A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
• Knowledge of the Shirley property market is desirable.
• A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
