Senior Estate Agent

OTE- £30k-£35k - Uncapped Commission - Career Progression

At Paul Dubberley, part of the Connells Group, we're looking for a highly motivated Senior Estate Agent to join our fantastic residential sales team as a Senior Sales Negotiator in our branch in Tipton.

A quick look at the role

In this role, you will market properties and liaise with the local branch networks on Select listings and sales, while maintaining the highest level of customer service. You will build rapport with new and existing clients.

Skills and experience required to be a successful Senior Negotiator

• Preferably experienced Estate Agent / Sales Negotiator seeking career advancement
• Outstanding customer care / customer service experience
• Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A Full UK driving licence
