Job summary

Connells Group Southampton is seeking a Senior Lettings Negotiator to lead the residential lettings team. You will generate valuations and may perform market appraisals, conduct property viewings, and negotiate tenancies to maximise branch income.

The role requires lettings/estate agency experience, a proactive, commission-driven mindset, and a Full UK driving license. Competitive OTE from £28,000 with uncapped commission and progression opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Estate agency experience such as lettings or sales negotiator.
• Ability to generate new business in a target-driven environment.
• Strong customer care and service experience.
• Resilient, positive, organized, numerate and detail-oriented.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must hold a Full UK driving license.

Responsibilities

Your Role:

As a Senior Lettings Negotiator, you'll generate and book valuations, and may be required to carry out the occasional market appraisal/valuation which will hopefully lead to instructed properties. You will also be conducting property viewings, negotiating tenancies and maximising the overall income and profitability of your branch.

• Estate Agency experience such as Lettings Negotiator, Sales Negotiator or Estate Agent
• Able to generate new business in a target driven environment
