Job summary

Bridgfords in Manchester is seeking a motivated Lettings Negotiator to deliver excellent service while driving rental business. You will generate valuations, conduct viewings, negotiate terms and progress lets to move-in, with strong support and a clear career ladder within Connells Group.

A £25k basic salary with uncapped commission and industry-leading training are offered, alongside opportunities across the wider Connells Group in a fast-paced property services environment.

Qualifications

• Ideally lettings or sales experience.
• Able to generate new business in a target-driven environment.
• Deliver outstanding customer care and service.
• Be resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail-oriented.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• IT literate with MS Office and email systems.
• Hold a full UK driving licence with access to own vehicle.

Your Role as a Lettings Negotiator

The main purpose of your role is to deliver exceptional service to customers while driving business results. Your responsibilities include:
