Job summary

Connells Group, home of opportunity, is seeking a Senior Lettings Negotiator to join Allen & Harris in Oxford. You’ll generate valuations, conduct viewings, and negotiate tenancies while driving branch profitability.

Qualifications

• Experience in lettings or sales is preferred.
• Ability to generate new business in a target-driven environment.

• Be resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail-oriented.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• IT literate (MS Office, internet and email systems).
• Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.

Your Role as a Senior Lettings Negotiator,

As a Senior Lettings Negotiator, you'll generate and book valuations, and may be required to carry out the occasional market appraisal/valuation which will hopefully lead to instructed properties. You will also be conducting property viewings, negotiating tenancies and maximising the overall income and profitability of your branch.
