Key responsibilities of a Senior Lettings Negotiator

The main purpose of the role is to generate and book valuations, conduct accurate market appraisals, and lead to instructed properties. You will also conduct property viewings, negotiate tenancies, and maximize the overall income and profitability of your branch.

Skills and experience required to be a successful Senior Lettings Negotiator

• Experience in estate agency, such as Lettings Negotiator, Sales Negotiator, or Estate Agent seeking progression
• Able to generate new business in a target-driven environment
• Outstanding customer care and customer service experience
• Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A Full UK driving license
