We’re looking for a highly motivated Senior Estate Agent/Senior Sales Negotiator to complement our fantastic residential sales team in Burnham on Crouch at Bairstow Eves estate agency.

The main purpose of the role is to generate and book valuations, conduct property viewings, negotiate offers, and progress sales through to exchange and completion. You will also be responsible for scheduling appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor, maximising every opportunity.

Skills and experience required to be a successful Senior Estate Agent/Senior Sales Negotiator

• Preferably an experienced sales professional
• Able to generate new business in a target-driven environment
• Outstanding customer care / customer service experience
• Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
