We’re looking for a highly motivated Senior Estate Agent / Senior Sales Negotiator to join our fantastic residential sales team in Sudbury at Bairstow Eves.

The main responsibilities include generating and booking valuations, conducting property viewings, negotiating offers, and progressing sales through to exchange and completion. You will also be expected to maximize opportunities to schedule appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor.

Skills and experience required:

• Preferably an experienced sales professional
• Ability to generate new business in a target-driven environment
• Outstanding customer care / customer service experience
• Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
