At William H Brown, part of the Connells Group, we're looking for a highly motivated Senior Estate Agent to join as a Lister and list properties for our select sales team in Norwich.

Select is an exclusive marketing service for high-value, character, individual, and period properties. In collaboration with our extensive local and national branch network, Select provides a bespoke service across Norfolk and North Suffolk, from our flagship office in Norwich.

A quick look at the role

In this role, you will be listing and gaining new instructions for properties to market while maintaining the highest level of customer service. You will build rapport with new and existing clients' customers face-to-face or over the phone.

Skills and experience required to be a successful Branch Lister

• Preferably an experienced Lister, Valuer, Instructions Manager, Valuations Manager, Residential Sales Manager, or an Senior Estate Agent/ Sales Negotiator looking for that step up to progress your career
• Outstanding customer care / customer service experience
• Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A Full UK driving licence holder
