Martyn Gerrard is recruiting for a Senior Lettings Negotiator to join our thriving lettings team in North London. You will book and carry out market appraisals and viewings for prospective tenants, while supporting the negotiation process to achieve results for clients.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience as a Lettings Negotiator.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.

We deal with a wide range of high-quality properties across North & North West London. We are looking for motivated people to join our successful thriving team.

Martyn Gerrard is a long-established estate agency operating in the North & North West London area, covering all aspects of the property industry from Residential & Commercial Sales and Lettings to New Homes and Property Management.

The Role of a Senior Lettings Negotiator:

You will be working as part of a team to provide an outstanding customer experience to your clients and customers. You will be responsible for booking and carrying out Market Appraisals and Viewings for potential tenants, as well as supporting the negotiation process.

As this role has business development opportunities in it, you will have the prospect of earning up to 35% commission.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years' experience as a Lettings Negotiator
• A People person with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• Well organised with an attention to detail.
• A full driving licence.
