Senior Lettings Negotiator

OTE- £40k+ - Uncapped Commission - Company Car/Car Allowance - Career Progression

At Allen & Harris, part of the Connells Group, we're looking for a highly motivated Senior Lettings Negotiator to join our successful residential Lettings team.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Lettings or Sales Negotiator to advance their career within a well-established team. The role is based in Clifton Village but covers the South of Bristol.

Key responsibilities of a Senior Lettings Negotiator

The main purpose of the role is to generate move-ins, book viewings and valuations, conduct property visits, market appraisals, and win new properties for the market. You will also be responsible for touting, negotiating tenancies, and maximizing branch income and profitability.

Skills and experience required

• Experience in estate agency, such as Lettings Negotiator, Sales Negotiator, or an Estate Agent seeking progression
• Ability to generate new business in a target-driven environment
• Outstanding customer care and customer service skills
• Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
• A Full UK driving licence
