Job summary

loc8me is a fast-growing, nationwide student lettings business. The Branch Manager will lead the performance, culture and delivery of the branch, managing Lettings Consultants and Asset Managers to drive lettings, asset management and exceptional service standards across the portfolio.

• Experience leading lettings teams and asset management.
• Strong organisational and operational management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and develop a team of Lettings Consultants and Asset Managers.
• Recruit, onboard and train new team members.
• Deliver monthly 1-2-1s, staff reviews and annual appraisals.
• Set and review branch KPIs with the Operations Manager.
• Drive lettings performance and asset management standards across the portfolio.
• Audit portfolio performance, inspection processes and compliance reporting.
• Deliver weekly lettings reports and review monthly P&L performance.
• Build relationships with Landlords, Investors and Contractors.
• Conduct regular landlord meetings and provide investment advice.
