Guiseley School is seeking a Senior Lettings Assistant to support the lettings process across community bookings and school facilities. The role is casual and zero-hours, requiring flexible availability and a welcoming, customer-focused approach when representing the school.
You will assist the Site and Lettings Manager, help ensure safety and smooth operation of events, and act as a key-holder when required.
We are seeking to recruit a Senior LettingsAssistant on a casual, zero-hours basis to support the school in maintainingand improving the lettings process. The right candidate will work flexibly inassisting the Site and Lettings Manager in facilitating school bookings andproviding excellent customer service as a representative of the school. Theschool prides itself in having excellent school buildings and facilities, andwe work to make these available for community groups and clubs. This role willalso have a key-holder responsibility.
