The Westgate School is seeking a dedicated Premises & Maintenance Team Leader to oversee all non-compliance premises operations, manage the site team, and maintain high standards across buildings and grounds. You will lead maintenance, oversee the helpdesk responses, plan preventative maintenance, manage security, access, and contractor activities, and coordinate safety measures across the site.

We are looking for a candidate who:
A relevant trade qualification (or working towards one) and experience in a school or similar environment would be advantageous.
