Innovate UK Loans Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of UKRI, seeks a Senior Lending Operations Analyst to oversee the end-to-end loan journey, from onboarding to final repayment. The role involves processing complex change requests, ensuring AML/KYC compliance, and producing performance reports for stakeholders.

The post reports to the Lending Operations Manager, with hybrid working (20-40% on-site) across UKRI sites and regional travel.

Formación

• Degree level or relevant equivalent experience.
• Experience in change and process-led environments to ensure great customer service.
• Prioritising multiple workloads and tight deadlines.
• Experience with legal/contractual documentation for debt finance.
• Understanding of loans administration systems and loan products.
• Understanding of loans processes and attention to detail.
• CDD and KYC requirements in financial services.
• Line management and coaching of team members.

Responsabilidades

• Lead on day-to-day management of the new lending administration system.
• Act as the first point of contact for enquiries related to the lending administration system.
• Provide support to analysts to ensure performance targets and SLAs are met.
• Collaborate with wider teams to offer expert advice and represent the organisation.
• Produce regular status reports for senior management and stakeholders.
• Improve lending policies and SOPs in line with regulatory requirements.
• Travel across the UK as needed for meetings and site visits.
