Job summary

Kenilworth Multi Academy Trust in Kenilworth, Warwickshire is seeking a Senior Leisure & Lettings Coordinator to oversee daily leisure services at the school and manage the KMAT coordinators. You will report to the KMAT CFO and ensure bookings, safety, and stakeholder liaison are delivered to a high standard.

The role requires coordinating holiday programmes, rotas, appraisals, and KPI reporting, with a strong emphasis on safeguarding and community engagement.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day delivery of Leisure & Lettings services.
• Manage Pitchbooking schedule and workload of instructors.
• Delivery of School Holiday programmes.
• Line management and supervision of KMAT Leisure & Lettings Coordinators, including weekly staff rotas and appraisals.
• Ensure Leisure & Lettings staff meet high standards of performance and customer experience.
• Daily and weekly facilities inspections to maintain leisure centre standards.
• Communicate with community users and stakeholders where appropriate.
• Oversee health and safety, maintenance, and cleaning within the Centre.
• Market KMAT Leisure & Lettings via social media and other channels.
• Attend termly Leisure & Lettings Committee meetings and prepare reports.
• Inform Site Manager of maintenance issues; resolve finance queries with CFO team.
• Monitor and report KPIs with support from the CFO; liaise with external bodies and Trust schools for lettings opportunities.
• Support development of the Leisure and Lettings team and community profile.
