Job summary

LEAP Legal Software is seeking a Client Success Consultant to support UK law firms in maximising software usage and outcomes. You will guide clients through onboarding, provide training, and maintain proactive support to ensure success across their journey.

You will collaborate with Product, Sales and Marketing to enhance user experience, while growing client value and ensuring high retention in a fast-paced, legal-technology environment.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering client-focused services in a professional environment.
• Ability to analyse client requirements and map them to software solutions.
• Strong communication skills and ability to train others clearly.
• Proactive, customer-first mindset with ability to build long-term relationships.

Responsibilities

• Act as a primary liaison between LEAP Legal Software and clients.
• Assess client needs and align software features to goals.
• Build trusted client relationships and ensure access to required products.
• Capture and relay client feedback to product and service teams.
• Represent client interests in internal decision-making.
