Job summary

enable recruitment | B Corp™ is seeking a Customer Success Consultant to manage a portfolio of law-firm clients across the UK, ensuring they gain maximum value from our software. You will train clients, analyze their needs, and act as a trusted advisor to shape product and service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Managing a portfolio of clients and acting as a key point of contact throughout their journey.
• Developing understanding of each client's business, structure, processes and objectives.
• Conducting detailed analysis of client requirements and how the software can help.
• Delivering training and helping clients build confidence to use the software.
• Identifying opportunities for clients to access additional products and services.
• Gathering and communicating client feedback to internal teams.
