Job summary

Mind is seeking a Senior Legacy & In Memory Officer to grow our legacy audiences and secure sustainable income. Based in London or Cardiff with a hybrid pattern, you will lead multi-channel acquisition campaigns and work with fundraising, digital, data and creative teams to optimise performance.

You will manage two officers, ensuring high-quality results and adherence to DBS requirements, while driving growth in legacy and in-memory support for mental health services.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, delivery and evaluation of multi-channel acquisition campaigns to recruit new legacy and in memory supporters.
• Collaborate with fundraising, digital, data and creative teams to develop and deliver campaigns across direct mail, digital, email and print.
• Use audience insight, data analysis and supporter behaviour to identify opportunities for growth and improve campaign performance.
• Monitor results and make ongoing recommendations to optimise response rates, conversion, cost efficiency and long-term value.
• Manage campaign budgets, forecasts and agency relationships to ensure activity delivers against targets.
• Line manage and support two officers, helping them prioritise effectively and deliver high-quality work.
