Mind National Association for Mental Health in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced direct marketing fundraiser to lead a portfolio of multi-channel campaigns across both digital and offline channels. You’ll recruit new legacy prospects, pledgers and in memory supporters, while optimizing performance and supporter experience.

You’ll also lead two Legacy & In Memory Officers, supporting their development and delivery of activity, with a hybrid pattern of working from London or Cardiff

• Lead planning, delivery and evaluation of multi-channel acquisition campaigns to recruit legacy supporters.
• Use audience insight and data to identify growth opportunities and improve performance.
• Monitor results and optimize response rates, cost efficiency and long-term value.
• Manage budgets, forecasts and agency relationships to meet targets.
• Line manage two Legacy & In Memory Officers and support their prioritization.
