Kidney Research UK is seeking a senior legacy officer to lead our legacy and in-memory giving initiatives. You will deliver and develop the programme, growing income and ensuring campaigns across channels reach prospective supporters and families with empathy and professionalism.

Working from our Peterborough office with hybrid options, you will collaborate with teams across Individual Giving, monitor results, and use insights to improve impact while upholding our values and regulatory

Qualifications

• Experience delivering acquisition and stewardship campaigns across legacy and/or in-memory fundraising.
• Excellent attention to detail with ability to interpret data and results to inform decision-making.
• Strong relationship-building skills with supporters and stakeholders.
• Confident and sensitive when handling emotive conversations with supporters and families.
• Collaborative, proactive, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Genuine commitment to Kidney Research UK's mission and values.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and develop our legacy and in-memory giving programme, growing this area of fundraising income.
• Plan and deliver acquisition and stewardship campaigns across multiple channels.
• Build and maintain relationships with supporters, families, and colleagues, handling sensitive conversations with care.
• Monitor, analyse and interpret campaign results to drive continuous improvement.
• Work with Internal Giving and the wider organisation for a joined-up legacy and in-memory approach.
• Ensure activity adheres to best practice, regulations and the charity's values.
