Job summary

The University of Lancashire invites applications for a Senior Lecturer to join the MBBS teaching team at Burnley Campus. You will support the SSC Lead in delivering and assessing student SSCs in Years 3 and 4, across primary, secondary and social care settings.

Qualifications

• Experience within the NHS and clinical research background.
• Strong knowledge of research methodologies and evaluation.
• PhD plus undergraduate degree in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Assist the SSC Lead with delivery and assessment of SSCs in Years 3–4.
• Identify SSC opportunities and placement supervisors for SSC delivery.
• Provide training and support for students and staff and contribute to assessments.
