Job summary

The University of Lancashire is inviting applications for a Clinical Senior Lecturer to join our MBBS teaching team on a part-time basis (2.5 days per week). The role sits with the clinical years of the MBBS programme and supports Year 3 and 4 modules within Medicine in Clinical Practice.

You will bring substantial clinical experience and a strong track record in undergraduate medical education, with GMC registration.

Qualifications

• Substantial and current experience of working as a doctor within a clinical setting.
• Experience in undergraduate medical education.
• Full GMC registration is essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Module and Theme Lead as needed with delivery of Year 3 and 4 MBBS modules (Medicine in Clinical Practice).
• Contribute to teaching and assessment and to student support and administration.
