Responsibilities

• Support pupils across Senior School to achieve their full potential.
• Contribute to delivery of learning and intervention programmes.
• Provide pastoral and emotional support to pupils as appropriate.
• Assist with exam access arrangements and differentiation.
• Help pupils develop confidence and skills for progress.
