Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between stakeholders and the Learning Centre of Excellence.
• Provide expert L&D consultancy across AXA UK.
• Lead design and facilitation of the AXA UK Learning curriculum.
• Collaborate to define AI capability strategy and learning.
• Foster continuous learning with blended resources.
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Oversee end-to-end learning programme development.
• Provide leadership to a team of digital learning specialists.
• Measure impact and ROI of learning initiatives.
