Job summary

North Cumbria Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Senior Learning Administrator to join the Practice Development Team. You will coordinate learning activities, manage records, and deliver a professional administrative service across nursing, midwifery and AHP development programmes.

The role requires strong organisation, independent working and excellent communication to support staff and learners in a busy NHS environment. 37.5 hour week, Monday to Friday, office hours.

Qualifications

  • Experience providing admin support in a busy environment.
  • Strong MS Office and data entry skills.
  • Knowledge of NHS admin processes and ESR/OLM is desirable.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join thePractice Development Team as a Senior Learning Administrator.

The Practice Development Team plays a key role in supporting the learning, development and professional growth of our nursing, midwifery and AHP workforce. We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly organised individual to provide high-quality administrative support across a range of learning and development programmes and initiatives.

As a Senior Learning Administrator, you will be an integral member of the team, coordinating and supporting the delivery of learning activities, maintaining accurate records and systems, and providing an excellent service to staff, learners, educators and colleagues across the organisation.

The Senior Learning Administrator will provide a comprehensive administrative support service to staff within the Practice Development Team. This will include providing support to staff from across the organisation on a daily basis, responding to complex and routine enquiries and assisting in the provision of a quality administrative service.
