PK Education are recruiting an experienced Personal Assistant to support the Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team at a large, well-established secondary school in Sheffield.

This is a full-time temporary position throughout November, providing essential administrative support while the school's newly appointed permanent member of staff completes their notice period. The school is committed to improving educational outcomes and student development.

Qualifikationen

• Experience as a PA/EA/Senior Administrator.
• UK school experience is desirable.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office.
• Enhanced DBS check or willingness to undergo one.

Aufgaben

• Providing PA and administrative support to the Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team.
• Managing diaries, appointments and meeting schedules.
• Organising meetings, preparing agendas and taking accurate minutes.
• Handling confidential correspondence and sensitive information.
• Acting as a professional point of contact for staff, parents and external stakeholders.
• Preparing letters, reports, presentations and other documentation.
• Coordinating communication between senior leaders and school departments.
• Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the leadership office.
• Managing competing deadlines in a busy secondary school environment.
