Reporting to the Learning & Development Manager, you will coach individuals and facilitate workshops, create structured career pathways, and collaborate with HR and senior stakeholders to strengthen succession planning

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver leadership and management development initiatives aligned with values and goals.
• Build core people management skills: performance, communication, conflict resolution.
• Create structured career pathways, progression frameworks and succession plans.
• Provide coaching and facilitation through one-to-one sessions and workshops.
• Collaborate with HR and senior leaders to ensure alignment and partnership.
• Evaluate learning impact and adapt development strategies for future needs.
