Job summary

Alternative Heat Ltd. is seeking a Quality Manager for our Head Office in Banbridge. You will lead the Quality team across the Fabrication unit, driving standards and embedding quality in all processes to meet customer and regulatory requirements.

You will coach, mentor and develop quality professionals, partner with Manufacturing, Planning, Technical, Supply Chain and Leadership teams, and use lean techniques to pursue continual improvement and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the quality function across the business unit.
• Embed a culture of accountability and continual improvement using lean techniques.
• Support audits and liaise with customers, suppliers and inspectors to maintain compliance.
