WSP in the UK is recruiting a Business Support Team Leader to manage a distributed team of Business Support Administrators. You will lead planning and delivery of services, balance priorities and maintain high-quality, responsive support across offices.

The role requires proven team leadership, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to drive continuous improvement. A hybrid work model and opportunities to develop across a global engineering professional services firm are on offer.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading administration, business support or operational teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and deadlines.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and related software.
