Job summary

Marva Group Ltd is seeking an experienced Deputy Manager - Supported Living to lead Muve Homecare services across the North West and Yorkshire. The role oversees care planning, quality governance and service development to ensure safe, effective, person-centred care.

The position is field-based with evenings, nights and weekends involved. You will drive regulatory compliance, audits and incident reporting while maintaining a strong presence in both office and community settings.

Qualifications

• Experience in learning disabilities, mental health needs, or behaviours that challenge.
• Experience within supported living or community-based services.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior leadership and oversight across services ensuring care plans and risk assessments comply with regulatory requirements.
• Mobilise packages of care, including rapid response planning and staffing coordination.
• Maintain a visible presence in office and field, supporting staff and managers.
• Lead decision-making and escalation with the Registered Manager and Out of Hours team as needed.
• Promote safeguarding, risk management and person-centred support in all actions.
