Imperial Lifelong Learning is seeking an experienced Head of Learner Marketing and Recruitment to lead the marketing and learner recruitment activity across a rapidly growing portfolio of lifelong learning programmes. You will translate strategic priorities into impactful campaigns, lead a team of senior marketers, and optimise the full learner journey to drive growth and enrolment.

• Proven success delivering campaigns that drive qualified leads and growth.
• Experience managing budgets and resources for ROI.
• Strong stakeholder management across senior teams.
• EdTech or lifelong learning experience preferred.

• Establish robust campaign planning, reporting and performance management.

• Develop scalable marketing processes and governance.
• Lead, develop and inspire a team of senior marketing managers.
