Job summary

Yeovil College is seeking an experienced Higher Education and Adult Lead to shape the learner experience and ensure quality across HE and Adult provision.

You'll provide operational leadership, using data and learner voice to drive improvements, comply with OfS and other regulators, and support growth with best practice across the college. Youll work with senior leaders to translate regulatory requirements into practical policies and course delivery improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in post-16 education, ideally within a college-based Higher Education or Adult learning environment.
• Strong regulatory and compliance experience, with the ability to operate confidently within a regulated environment and contribute to policies and quality assurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership across HE and Adult provision.
• Ensure compliance with OfS requirements, Adult Skills Fund expectations, and awarding bodies.
• Drive improvement using insight, data and learner voice to enhance learner outcomes and progression.
