Job summary

RES is a leading renewable energy company accelerating the world’s transition to clean power through data-driven decisions. This Senior Lead role shapes the future of analytics, AI products, and data models across the enterprise, delivering trusted insights for senior leaders and decision-makers.

You will build scalable data and AI platforms, partner with stakeholders, and apply LLMs to business challenges, driving automation and value across RES.

Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience delivering analytics and AI solutions in enterprise settings.
• Proven track record leading data/AI initiatives and communicating with senior stakeholders.
• Experience guiding cross-functional teams through complex data projects and roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Lead business stakeholders to define analytics and AI strategy and roadmap.
• Mentor and manage junior staff and federated teams globally.
• Own target-state for reporting, analytics and AI, ensuring secure and scalable data products and BI/AI services.
• Oversee design of semantic/dimensional data models and governance frameworks.
• Apply ML, analytics, and generative AI to business problems and validate outputs for accuracy.
