• Experience creating bottoms-up economic models for mining/commodities.
• Proven track record of successful people leadership.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• High technical literacy with delivery toolsets (Excel, SQL, Python).
• Strong commercial mindset with ability to work with multiple stakeholders to take ideas to reality.
• Experience in mining industry, at a mining company or financial institution.
• Strong knowledge of metal markets and supply chains.
• Experience leading product development.
