Job summary

Rolls-Royce is seeking a Strategic Sourcing Analyst to support the development and execution of long-term strategy for critical minerals, rare earths and metal revert programmes. You will provide market intelligence, economic analysis, and financial modelling to enable procurement decisions in a geopolitically sensitive landscape.

The role involves identifying supply risks, evaluating sourcing strategies, and supporting sustainability and competitiveness initiatives with a hybrid working pattern

Qualifications

• Degree in Economics, Finance, Business Analytics, Mathematics, Engineering, or Supply Chain or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills as evidenced by prior work.
• Experience developing financial models and performing economic analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills including modelling, forecasting and scenario analysis.
• Ability to turn complex datasets into clear business insights.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyse global critical mineral and rare earth markets.
• Develop market outlooks and forecasting models for strategy.
• Produce executive-level reports highlighting market developments and risks.
• Develop financial models to evaluate sourcing strategies and investments.
• Conduct scenario planning to assess volatility and exposure.
• Support closed-loop supply chain and sustainability initiatives.
