Job summary

S&P Global Energy invites an Associate Director to lead a team of analysts in delivering asset-driven cost models for critical minerals. You will work with the Metals & Mining group and S&P Global Market Intelligence to provide cohesive coverage of pricing, supply and demand outlooks for the mining value chain.

You will refine client interfaces, drive product and data roadmaps, and cultivate strong relationships with customers and internal groups across the S&P Global business.

Qualifications

• Experience building bottoms-up economic models for mining/commodities.
• Proven track record leading teams of analysts.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong technical literacy with Excel, SQL, Python.
• Commercial mindset with ability to translate ideas into tangible products.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of analysts to build asset-driven cost models for critical minerals.
• Provide SME input to refine the client UI and collaborate on roadmaps.
• Coordinate with other teams on product and data roadmap initiatives.
• Develop deep understanding of customer needs and maintain client relationships.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration across S&P Global.
