Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Data Management Lead to drive data collection strategies across complex clinical development projects. You will own the complete data management lifecycle, ensuring high-quality, submission-ready datasets delivered on time.

You will shape trial data systems, gather EDC requirements, and collaborate across eCOA, External Data, and Safety Gateway. You will coach junior leads and participate in regulatory submissions, with travel ~5–10%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (advanced degree preferred) and at least 5 years of relevant industry experience.
• Hands-on experience with EDC systems; Medidata RAVE experience is a strong plus.
• Proven project management skills; PMP certification is a bonus.
• Strong command of clinical data management processes and regulatory guidelines (FDA/ICH).
• Ability to translate data into clear insights through metrics and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Drive data collection strategy across complex clinical development projects, aligning cross-functional teams around high-quality standards.
• Own the full data management lifecycle from planning to submission-ready datasets.
• Shape trial data systems; gather requirements for EDC platforms and collaborate with eCOA, External Data, and Safety gateway teams.
• Chair Data Quality Review meetings to ensure data is current, complete, and audit-ready.
• Coach and guide junior Data Management Leads to raise team capability.
