Job summary

Worldwide Clinical Trials is seeking an experienced Senior Data Management Lead to provide independent leadership of data management services across startup, conduct, and closeout for multiple global projects. You will oversee data management teams and liaise with Sponsors.

The role requires strong knowledge of data management practices, excellent communication, and a track record in clinical trials. You will work with a diverse team in a collaborative, quality-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level (preferably Life Science) or Nursing qualification, or equivalent industry experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in clinical data management or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of data management best practices and technologies used in clinical trials.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide independent leadership of data management services across startup, conduct and closeout phases on multiple global projects.
• Manage assigned data management projects and lead the data management teams.
• Represent the company with sponsors regarding data management aspects of projects.
• Coordinate with the Director, Data Management to review progress and issues.
• Oversee staff training for projects and supervise training activities.
• Ensure data management operations follow SOPs and contribute to SOP improvements.
• Create and review project documentation such as Data Management Plan and Data Management File.
• Perform QC checks and database quality assessments on clinical databases.
