Job summary

Merck Healthcare is seeking a senior Clinical Data Management professional to lead end-to-end data management for global trials, with a focus on oncology, neurology, and immunology. The role requires strategic direction, cross‑functional alignment, and autonomy in a matrix organization.

You will define data collection, cleaning, reconciliation, and submission readiness, oversee CRO/vendor performance and budgets, and support Health Authority submissions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in life sciences, data management, or related field.
• ≥10 years in clinical data management with leadership of oncology, neurology, and immunology trials.
• Expert in end-to-end data management, risk-based approaches, eCRF design, coding, and CDISC standards.
• Experience managing CRO/vendor relationships and budgets.
• Strong ability to lead global cross-functional teams and report to senior stakeholders.
• Knowledge of risk-based monitoring and interest in automation/AI in data management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end data management for global trials with a focus on oncology, neurology, or immunology.
• Define data collection, cleaning, reconciliation, and submission readiness.
• Oversee CRO/vendor relationships and budgets.
