Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Senior Manager of Clinical Data Management to lead end-to-end data management for complex trials, partnering with internal teams and external partners to ensure high-quality data and timely delivery.

You will shape data systems, own quality plans, and mentor junior leads while collaborating across regulatory, safety, and operations to support inspections and submissions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a life sciences field is required.
• Hands-on experience with FDA/ICH guidelines and data management best practices.
• Experience with EDC systems; Medidata RAVE experience is a strong plus.
• PMP certification is a bonus and helps with project management.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear insights through metrics and reporting.
• Outstanding communication skills and ability to work with senior leadership and vendors.
• Familiarity with NDA, BLA, and MAA submission processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end clinical data management across complex trials with internal and external partners.
• Own data management lifecycle from planning to submission-ready datasets delivered on time.
• Shape trial systems, gather requirements for EDC platforms and collaborate with eCOA, External Data, and Safety Gateway.
• Chair Data Quality Review meetings to ensure audit-ready data.
• Develop and review Data Quality Management Plans, Data Validation Plans, eCRF Guidelines.
• Mentor junior Data Management Leads and raise team capability.
• Represent DM in cross-functional teams and regulatory submissions; support inspections.
• Oversee vendor relationships and SLAs to protect data integrity.
• Drive CAPA and continuous improvement initiatives.
