Qualifications

• Formal software engineering experience with Java/JVM and Spring Boot.
• Experience with TypeScript/React development.
• Experience leading effective use of AI-assisted software development tools.
• Strong understanding of secure coding, data sensitivity, and resiliency.
• Proficient in OO design, microservices, and SDLC practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with product/engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Execute creative software solutions and troubleshoot complex problems.
• Collaborate with engineers, product owners, traders, sales, and Quants to deliver top software solutions.
• Promote enterprise AI-assisted engineering practices within the team with validated outputs.
• Apply SDLC tools and automation to improve value and quality.
• Work in an Agile/Scrum environment analyzing business requirements.
• Support production management and end users with technical knowledge.
