Job summary

Thrive Childcare and Education is seeking a Nursery Third in Charge / Senior Lead Practitioner in the North West region. The role supports the Nursery Manager and Deputy, supervising staff, ensuring standards, and maintaining high-quality care for children.

You will demonstrate excellent communication with parents and colleagues, and bring a positive attitude to a busy early years team. Level 3 qualification in childcare is required.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Level 3 qualification in Childcare (required).
• Leadership experience in an Early Years setting is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support the Nursery Manager and Deputy in daily operations.
• Supervise staff and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Maintain high-quality care for children and foster strong parent relations.
