Thrive Childcare and Education is seeking a Senior Lead Practitioner for Thrive Weston Village. The role is 40 hours per week, supporting the Nursery Manager and Deputy Manager to ensure smooth operations and high-quality childcare.

You will help supervise staff, uphold regulatory standards, and build strong relationships with parents and stakeholders, contributing to a positive team environment.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification or above in Early Years per government guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Nursery Manager and Deputy Manager in daily operation and staff supervision.
• Ensure regulatory standards are followed and high-quality care is maintained.
• Foster positive relationships with parents and stakeholders.
