Thrive Childcare and Education is seeking a Senior Lead Practitioner to support the Nursery Manager and Deputy Manager in daily operations, staff supervision and maintaining high standards of care. The post is 40 hours per week at £14.20 per hour, with a focus on regulatory compliance and strong parent communication.

Qualifications

• Essential criteria include Level 3 qualification or above for the Early Years sector.
• Role suits someone currently a Qualified Practitioner seeking progression in Early Years.
• You will work closely with Nursery leadership and maintain regulatory standards.

About The Role:

The Senior Lead Practitioner plays a crucial role in assisting the Nursery Manager and Deputy Manager in the smooth and efficient operation of the nursery. This position involves supporting the management team in supervising staff, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, maintaining high-quality care for children, and fostering positive relationships with parents and other stakeholders. You will be a team player with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.

Essential Criteria:

As a Senior Lead Practitioner, you will need to be level 3 qualified or above in correlation to the government guidelines. This role is great for anybody who is a current Qualified Practitioner, and is looking for their next opportunity in the Early Years industry.
