Responsibilities

• Attend client meetings, calls and reviews on a regular basis or as required.
• Provide oversight support to team on key SLAs/KPIs and suggest recommendations to minimise financial impact.
• Oversee full book of work and be accountable for all project-specific delivery elements within congresses and events.
• Support with planning and development of all project/event activities in partnership with Account Leads.
• Lead onsite management of project (virtual or live) including staff briefings, client walkthroughs, and supplier coordination.
• Manage project budgets and ensure events are delivered within budget and to high standards.
• Lead regular project status meetings and maintain clear communication between client stakeholders and internal teams.
