Royal London is seeking an experienced Senior Lead Analyst to lead a high-performing analytics function within the Protection and Equity Release value stream. This role focuses on aligning colleagues, applications and projects to deliver impactful change.

You will coach analysts, shape the BA framework, and translate business strategy into clear analytics priorities, ensuring analyses drive customer outcomes.

• Oversee complex business analysis across a portfolio of projects within the value stream.

• Build and nurture a high-performing Analysis function.
• Collaborate with technology and business leaders to land outcomes and understand strategy.
