Job summary

Royal London is seeking an experienced people leader with a strong business analysis background to join the Senior Lead Analyst team. You will oversee complex analysis across a portfolio of projects within the Protection and Equity Release value stream, aligning colleagues, applications and projects to deliver change in this domain.

• Experience as a people leader with a strong business analysis background.
• Proven ability to lead and develop analysts and teams.
• Experience guiding change and delivering high-quality analysis.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support complex business analysis activities across a portfolio of projects and programmes within your allocated value stream.
• Shape and evolve the Business Analysis framework in partnership with the Senior Lead Analyst team.
• Ensure analysis outputs deliver value and meet business objectives with high quality standards.
• Build and nurture a high-performing Analysis function.
• Foster a collaborative, inclusive culture where colleagues develop and succeed.
• Improve analysis capability across the value stream and wider organisation.
• Steer major programmes of work and provide thought leadership when needed.
• Act as a senior escalation point for Analysis Managers from both a people leadership and delivery perspective.
• Collaborate with senior leaders across technology and business to land outcomes and understand strategy.
• Translate business strategy into clear analysis priorities and activities.
• Plan, prioritise and execute Business Analysis activities to optimise services for customers, advisers, and colleagues.
